I Am Walking for Wellness House. Here's Why:
Cancer is personal to me. In my 40s I lost eight loved ones, including my awesome dad, within the span of eight years to this awful disease. Since then, multiple friends and family members have suffered this same diagnosis. I didn't know about Wellness House back when I was losing folks, but I do now -- and I am impressed with the programs offered for people who have been diagnosed, have a family member who’s living with cancer, or are a caregiver.
If YOU have lost someone to cancer, or are currently experiencing or supporting someone with the disease, I encourage you to check out the services at Wellness House. And if you are able to donate -- any amount helps -- you will be helping provide programs totally free of charge to those experiencing this awful disease.
